Assessment of Prior Learning – Is it a Positive Return on Investment?

Featuring a panel of three speakers at varying stages of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) practice at their institution (including RRC, UW and Providence College) plus table group discussions on topics and questions related to RPL at PSI, what it means to ensure quality RPL practices, as well as provide networking opportunities for attendees.

About the Session . . .

The first half of the session will feature a panel of three speakers at varying stages of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) practice at their institution (including RRC, UW and Providence College). The speakers will share a brief history of RPL at their institution, a "what's worked" approach, values and benefits of RPL, and key challenges for learner, faculty, and institution.
 
The second half of the session will be table group discussions on topics and questions related to RPL at PSI, what it means to ensure quality RPL practices, as well as provide networking opportunities for attendees.
